Delete Your SpeedyOra Account
Use this page to request deletion if you cannot access the mobile app.
Delete from the app
If you can sign in, open the SpeedyOra app, go to Account, choose Delete Account, and confirm with your current password. This permanently disables the account and removes or anonymizes associated active account data.
Request deletion from the web
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address linked to your SpeedyOra account. Include your company name and phone number if available so we can verify the request.
What gets deleted
- Account credentials, profile details, phone number, company details, and verification tokens.
- Saved delivery addresses, cart data, RFQs, notifications, device tokens, and account chat messages.
- Personal delivery notes and address details on retained order records are removed or anonymized.
What may be retained
Completed COD order and payment records may be retained in anonymized form when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety, or legal compliance. We will tell you if any retained information is required by law or legitimate business obligations.
